Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
✔ You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Customize or personalized firefighter helmets.
❌ Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
❌ Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Sales@firefighterhelmetus.com with:

✔ Photos or videos of the issue
✔ A brief description of the problem
We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund, including shipping fees.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

✔ You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days and process your refund if it meets our return conditions.
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
✔ If you paid via credit card, PayPal, or other online payment services, refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Cancellations and Order Modifications
